We have lived in our Loren Wood Builders home now for almost one year and we can not recommend them enough. We have remodeled many homes with many contractors over the years but have always been hesitant to build from scratch on a custom home. LWB made the designing and building seamless from start to finish. We had an idea of what we wanted and they “built” on our ideas to make it even better. We recently had an extensive remodel with LWB and let me tell you that they did an amazing job. We replaced 2 bathrooms, new windows, doors, new screened in porch and outside living area. One of the selling points of LWB was the in house architecture and design team that work with you every step of the way to get the best final project. Loren has top carpenters, painters, and builders on staff that quickly turned the blueprints into reality. In addition to the main project, Joel (our PM) was happy to tackle any punch list items that needed done in the house. One of the best thing about working with LWB is the work is done right, and they stand behind everything they do. The finished project is amazing and we love our new old house!
