Celebrating Four Work Anniversaries at LWB
Curt Silvers has been with LWB for 8 years now and he has such a big place in our hearts. He is one of the funniest, hardest working, and nicest guys that I’ve had the pleasure to work with. Curt, here’s to 8 more!
Dan Crites came on board 6 years ago this month. He has filled almost every role at one point or another in this outfit and continues to tackle an array of tasks, from project management and directing operations all the way over to helping pour concrete. Dan is a mentor to all of us on the crew and a huge asset to this team. On top of this, he is a close friend to many of us and has always embodied the spirit of enthusiasm for the work that we do that exemplifies who we are here at LWB.
Dylan Grigar came to us 5 years ago as a crew member. It was clear from day 1 that he was special. He was invested in his work, detail oriented, and so very awesome to be around. 5 years in, Dylan moved from carpenter to site manager to project manager and has excelled in each of those positions. He is a good friend and confidant and a huge asset to the team.
Brad Snyder was a subcontractor of ours, long before he joined our crew. When he came onboard with us, I was unsure of whether or not there was much value added in having our own electric crew and electric lead. Fast forward five years and not only has Brad become a great friend and a huge asset to the company, but he has helped me to understand better the value of having our own array of skilled trades on our team. Since then, we have brought on multiple other sub-specialties and are a stronger outfit for it.
