We were thrilled to be involved in the Lotus headquarters buildout, which entailed renovating a historic decommissioned firehouse that the City of Bloomington donated to the Lotus Education and Arts Foundation in 2016.
Our clients bought this badly dilapidated and outdated home in the Bryan Park neighborhood. The design had us taking the home down to the floor box while saving the chimney and foundation. The finished product keeps the beautiful foundation and various other limestone features, while seamlessly integrating the contemporary elements of the home itself. This one of the cooler remodels that we have had the opportunity to build.
