This project consisted of opening up and updating a kitchen, while adding a second-story screen porch and deck, off of the kitchen. While the scope was limited, the finished project is transformative and does a wonderful job opening the home up to the Lake Monroe watershed beyond, as well as introducing natural light into the main living areas of the home. Springpoint Architects designed this space and we loved working with them and with our clients, helping to finish out a space that is at once elegant, accessible, and highly functional.
