Taking on certain projects depends on our current capacity, scope, complexity and whether it’s the right fit for both us and the client. We have a robust team, which may not always be the right fit for every project.

We work with both. Many of our clients come to us with a lot already identified, and our pre-design process includes a site analysis to understand how the land’s topography, orientation, and natural features should shape the home’s design. Absolutely, and we encourage it. We send out a Pre-Design questionnaire to further dive into the wants, needs and priorities of your project. We use that input as a starting point, and our schematic design phase translates those ideas into a solution tailored to your site and program.
