We were contacted by this client to take down their existing stairs and deck and create a double-decker screened in porch. The current deck was exposed to the elements and was in really poor condition. Our Architect drew up a new design that ultimately transformed the look and feel of the whole space. The clients were concerned that they would lose light with the new design, however, were very pleased that there was no loss of light and they actually gained an extension of their home right off the kitchen and living room.
