This is a whole home renovation that was designed, planned, and executed by Dan Crites, from our management team. The project started as an old rental home that had seen multiple renovations over the years, but had never really been given much consideration for energy efficiency, aesthetics, or use of space. Dan lead our team in bumping the house out to both the back and the front, changing the roof design, completely reworking the floor plan and redoing the structure, mechanicals, and finishes, from top to bottom. I’m proud of how this house turned out and excited to continue renovating old homes in Bloomington’s core neighborhoods.
