Logan Avenue, A McCanse Builders Project
This lakeside structure serves primarily as an entertaining space for a retired couple for large family gatherings. Boathouse storage on the lower level is practical for lakeside living. This structure is composed of a steel exoskeleton. Copper standing seam roofing and an exterior finish with a stucco look provide contrast in texture and materials. Ipe decking inside and out (including the pier) will withstand the elements and wet bathing suits alike. Gorgeous views of the lake are accented by nearly floor to ceiling glass walls and windows. Additional features include a custom concrete vanity, custom welded waterfall feature, outdoor fire circle and patio, custom steel spiral staircase, and much more. Rick’s experience made this challenging project possible, and his fastidious attention to detail is evident in every aspect of the finished structure.
