Progress at Our Indianapolis Office

We’re excited to share the latest developments from our Indianapolis office project! At our new office, in the historic Jungclaus-Campbell building on Massachusetts Avenue, our team has been diligently working to create a space that blends functionality with a modern aesthetic. (It’s important to note that while this marks our second office location, Bloomington will always remain our home base).

Our work began with the initial stages of rough carpentry, framing, and mechanical work, all of which have now been completed. With the original layout as our guide, we’ve transformed the expansive area into more tailored sections. The office layout will have two conference rooms and an open workspace to accommodate our architects and project managers more efficiently.

Every detail has been carefully considered, from the custom-crafted work surfaces to the credenza and coffee bar installation, complete with shelving. We’ve preserved the historic charm of the space by ensuring that all finished walls feature bullnose corners that complement the original plaster finish. We have new birch doors underway and are eagerly anticipating the installation of large custom graphics by our Project Designer, Alex Minor, for the glass partition walls.

Our focus has been on the final touches, including carpet installation, final paint and finishes, and integrating data and audio-visual components. Our initial Indy team that will be on-site, includes Project Designers Tori Vaughn and Erika Rogers, and Project Managers Spencer Varner and Loren Wood. Additionally, our construction team is primed and ready and already executing projects in the area.

We’ll be sure to share more updates and final photos as we continue to finalize our Indy office!
