Bloomington Cohousing Garden Cottage

Bloomington Cohousing is the first cohousing neighborhood in Indiana. It is a neighborhood on the southwest side of Bloomington centered around intentional community living. The neighborhood has twenty-six homes and community common spaces throughout. Out of the five floor plans available this is our Garden Cottage and currently is our model home.

The Garden Cottage has a classic floor plan and is designed with an entryway to welcome guests. The stairs provide a partition allowing for privacy and supplying two different areas to socialize. There is a large outside deck for entertaining.

We are super excited to be a part of this project and can’t wait to see how the neighborhood comes to life in the next few years as more families and individuals move in.
