Dunn Street Remodel

This is a 1950’s concrete block home that has a whole lot of style for such a little space. We gutted and renovated the entirety of the home, while maintaining the painted block exterior. Due to the small size of the home, we worked to be as intentional as possible with all spaces. The deep front porch gave us an opportunity to add a little flair with the reclaimed redwood posts. And, just two blocks from Bryan Park and a few blocks from downtown Bloomington, this home is super-versatile as an airbnb, as well.
