This was a multi-stage project that started with a barn/apartment that enabled the clients to live on the property while we built the primary home.
Springpoint Architects did the architecture for both structures and created a design that worked well for rural life, but also for aging in place. The main home is all on one level, with stained heated concrete floors throughout.
While both the home and the garage/apartment are modest in size, our finish crew had the opportunity to create many unique elements, including custom steel doors, live-edge shelves, and natural wood trim details inside and out.
We were proud to work on another of Springpoint Architects’ projects and are super-proud of the work that our crew did in pulling together the details on the home.
