Howard Road

This home was built in the 70’s and had a ton of character, but was badly in need of updating. Our remodel work, designed by Springpoint Architects, included removing paint from all original wood beams and rafters, gutting the bulk of the main floor, and redesigning for a more open concept. The kitchen and bathrooms feature custom cabinetry from Kirby Custom, while the downstairs bathroom includes a built-in soaking tub and steam shower, by Fitzgerald Flooring. New white oak floors upstairs, and refinished white oak downstairs, along with new windows and a new cedar shake roof, finished the space out.
