Loren Wood Builders worked with Kirkwood Design Studio to create this gorgeous custom home on Bloomington’s north side. The house was designed to complement the character of the established neighborhood, but to showcase contemporary design and building techniques. Among the home’s many features are: locally milled custom maple floors, local custom maple cabinetry, local limestone countertops, open floor plan with expansive views. This home won People’s Choice and Best Kitchen awards for the 2011 Monroe County Building Association Parade of Homes.
