High Design in a Small Space

This home was designed with an eye on maximizing use of space (just 1600sf) and facilitating aging in place. The design is entirely wheelchair accessible, with ADA thresholds from the garage through the home. This style of architecture is called a “dog trot”, which is multiple structures, connected by a breezeway, all under a common roof. We are super pleased with how the design and the details came together in this wonderful little home.
