Limestone Garage Renovation
This project was phase two of an earlier addition to this small home in the Bryan Park neighborhood. A recent change to our local zoning restrictions allowed us to design a renovation of the original (but distressed) limestone garage and turn it into an ADU (accessory dwelling unit). The project consisted of taking what was a very small and very rough garage and repurpose it as a small overflow space for the home.
With both of our clients working from home, as well as home-schooling, this renovation allowed for some much-needed flex space for their various work and school needs, as well as potential guest space, when needed.
