Porch and Outdoor Kitchen
We remodeled much of this home several years ago. However, the back porch and patio area had not been addressed during the previous remodel and was in serious need of updates and improvements.
The existing porch spanned 3 different levels, with a dilapidated wood-framed deck, a failing brick patio area, and then a concrete apron around the pool. And, while there was an outdoor dining space on the deck outside of the kitchen, there was no shelter from the sun so in the hottest part of the days, the space was not very functional.
The details and work on this porch represent a great cross-section of the work of our team and we are proud to continue to play a part in rehabbing and reshaping this historic Bloomington home.
