The Elm

The Elm

We were brought on during the early design phase of this very exciting restaurant buildout in the Elm Heights neighborhood. We were thrilled to be brought onboard with Lauren Bordes and Evan Cerilli of Malane Benedetto to work with them through the design and buildout phase to help realize their vision. The building had sent vacant for some time before our clients purchased the building and started the journey down the road towards designing and building out the next iteration of a neighborhood gathering place.

Beth Shalom Congregation

Beth Shalom Congregation

Congregation Beth Shalom reached out to us in the fall of 2019 looking to have an extensive remodel and two new additions built at their facility. We were really happy to work with these clients as well as all of our amazing subcontractors to provide a gathering place for generations of families for years to come.

FAR Center for Contemporary Arts

FAR Center for Contemporary Arts

The challenge in any contemporary project or design is the execution of the highly complicated processes or movements that on the outside appear effortless. The FAR gate was no exception. We were asked to take the lead in assembling a team that could conceptualize, fabricate, and install this unique piece in this beautiful space designed by architect, Malane Benedetto. This came together as a collaboration between Loren Wood Builders, Clutch fabrication and Brownsmith Studios.
